Advantages:

Очень приветливая хозяйка. При бронировании я допустил ошибку, созвонились с хозяйкой и уладили все вопросы. Наталья все показала и рассказала, даже узнала кое какую информацию, за что ей отдельное спасибо!!! Квартира обычная, без современного ремонта. Что соответствует цене.

Disadvantages:

Далеко от Кремля, но в масштабах большого города это не недостаток.
